Finding opal that matches is always a challenge in creating sets of pendants and earrings because each opal of course is unique and, unlike most other gems doesn’t have‘sameness.’  (Even though diamonds look magnificent, unless you are a professional it’s difficult to tell the difference between one stone and another) From time to time though, we are able to cut pieces of opal in two, thus producing two pieces of near identical color and pattern. Here are some example of this.

This lovely set is mounted in pure sterling silver.  International registered airmail is included in the price as is a sterling silver snake chain. They come boxed or pouched in black velvet to complete the presentation.
